I called those guys two weeks ago to fix the pilot in the oven then a technician turned Up two day's later and he had a look at the pilot and the grill he literally knocked on the pilot and it worked without changing any parts then he started to check the grill as there weren't enough gas coming through the regulator he said you will need a new regulator at the beginning he called someone from the office and he said the regulator cost 1500$ I said r u serious I just checked it online it's worth 88$ then he called the office again again and he said sorry I heard it wrong it's 100$
I said ok let's fix it he said I can't today I'm busy and it was Friday and I had heaps of bookings at the restaurant then I said ok I will look for someone else to fix it today so I found someone that came and fix it with in one hour.
6 day's later their technical turned Up unannounced at the restaurant with a regulator expecting me to wait six day's without a grill I told him it got fixed no thanks
He asked me can I come in check it for you I said no it's working thanks a lot
Then I get a bill getting charged for 437$
Like why? You didn't change any parts and your technical only worked for less than one hour
And you are sending me invoice without explaining the job and why I'm getting charged all of this money
I would like some explanation and a refund please or this will go further!!!!

If I could give a zero review I would. Absolutely appalling service, they cant organise anything.i would never recommend this business and i wish to never cross paths with them again. They are quick to blame the customer for not being contactable yet they turn up with not idea they were even coming, they called 6 times but I had no phone service and then we set a time and they were under the impression I was dropping the equipment to them, why would I do that when I am in lockdown areaa and its non essential and they clearly knew they were coming to me as they had dropped in previously the ladies in the office are going to lose alot of customers. Speak to people like they are nothing. Horrible service.

I have used these guys for a quite a while now. . Reasonably priced, great team. They have helped me out on more than one occasion. Couldn't be happier. I am in the process of selling my business at the moment and have highly recommended to the new owner to keep HCM as the "go to" for all maintenance and repairs for the business.

Don't use these guys to repair anything. They're money hungry scums. I had something get fixed by them and as i returned to pick it up, all of a sudden there was something else broken, which wasn't broken before. They tried to charge me what they broke. Not happy and a waste of time. Go elsewhere for your catering maintenance
