We have a single door restaurant in regional NSW and Hungry Hungry have been our partner for online and order at table services for many years now. An excellent company to deal with in any way, with an excellent product that is always evolving and improving. Hungry Pay , the latest product, is quite simply a game changer for accepting multiple payments for table accounts by customers. It’s simple and easy to use and requires zero staff involvement at the POS terminal. If you’re not using Hungry Hungry and Hungry Pay you need to. Great Products.

The poor restaurant owner was absolutely smashed last night and this app is partly to blame. There is no function for the restaurant to advise that certain ingredients or menu items aren't available, and even worse, when I received a text saying there is a problem with my order and to call the restaurant, the line was perpetually busy because everyone was calling. I had no idea our order had been cancelled and had a family of 5 waiting for to be fed. Finally, I drove down there and found the owner has taken the phone off the hook because they couldn't cope. The app needs to allow for owners to send a message to customers.

Really good experience, was a little hesitant as I find ordermate a little hard to deal with, but not the case here. The guys made it super easy to understand and Alex took me through every step and made the 2 hour call enjoyable with abit of banter also.

Webpage is clean crisp and clear and intergrates Very well.
Would recommend the service to anyone.
