A truly stunning meat emporium! The team here are building something quite unique, the main building has recently finished a beautiful renovation, the gent serving us said that soon they will be doing burgers in shop front next door. The selection is extensive, all local product and processed onsite. This is worth the drive. Will be back.

Had the scotch eggs for dinner last night, and they were perfect. Air fry for ten minutes to warm through and yolk was still running inside. If I had these served at a restaurant or English pub I’d be really happy.

I stopped in because I drive past every day and was curious. I was not disappointed. The lady who served me spoke passionately about the cut I chose and gave me precise instructions on how to cook it. I'm glad I listened. I now understand what it means to have meat melt in your mouth. It's a bit pricy but well worth it.

Highly recommend their cold cuts, we went out our way to come here and buy some cold cuts for our cheese board whilst up in the Hunter for a weekend, amazing meats, friendly people and good value! Definitely recommend and would stop in again if ever passing nearby

We were passing thru and my husband saw these guys and checked reviews. We came out with eye fillet and rib fillets. Both were tender and cooked up well. Thankfully, I didn’t go in the shop or we could have really gone all out.

This guy loves his meat and his variety and attention to detail and customers is excellent.
