Theresa is without doubt just the best events organiser I’ve ever dealt with.

Totally professional, knowledgeable, authentically trustworthy and a thoroughly decent all round person.
She talked us through the whole process, and clearly explained our options at all times.
Everything arrived on time, exactly when she said things would and kept us in the loop.

Theresa took real pride in the event she was doing for us & solved our minor issues with ease on the day!

Theresa was an absolute lifesaver for our work summer party! I arrange our social events and was excited to find Hummingbird Events. Theresa was so easy and lovely to communicate with in the lead up to the event. She arrived early to open the venue, greeted the suppliers, and beautifully decorated the space. Thanks to her, I was able to relax and enjoy the event without any stress. Although she modestly downplayed her role, I couldn't have done it without her. I highly recommend Theresa and will definitely be reaching out to her for future events. If you need someone reliable and a pleasure to work with, Theresa is the one to call!

To celebrate the company’s 50th birthday I was tasked with arranging a Work family fun day. All I had was a venue and a few ideas of what I wanted, so I decided I needed some help. I found hummingbird events and the lovely Theresa, thank God I did! With just over four weeks until the big event Theresa worked her socks off to make sure we had a brilliant day. I gave Theresa a rough idea of what I wanted and she did the rest. She has a great knowledge of the events industry and amazing ideas. The day was a complete success with everyone enjoying themselves. On the day, Theresa was there to make sure everything ran smoothly and liaised with the vendor so I could enjoy the day with the rest of my colleagues. If you have an event coming up, no matter how big or small I would 100% recommend Theresa at hummingbird events. We will be definitely be using her for any future events we may have. Dealing with event management companies can I admit be tricky but there's always an exception to the rule. Theresa at Hummingbird Events was just such an exception. Really easy to deal with and maintained a very positive - and knowledgeable approach. Her response time was excellent and she did everything that was asked and more. Theresa did a fabulous job over a period of about five months helping me organise a big birthday weekend for my wife - it's just taken place over the last weekend and I'm pleased to say went off without a hitch. I was extremely grateful for her help, and also the help of her colleague Chloe on the first day of the weekend, because I'm definitely not one of the world's great organisers and I'm sure I'd have totally lost the plot without her. Theresa was unfailingly helpful, positive, proactive and sensible, and made a huge difference in return for what I thought was a very modest fee. Ten out of ten, gold star and strongly recommended to anyone planning anything similar.
