James is the best property manager a tenant could hope for. So many property managers couldn’t care less about tenants and only care about their clients but James genuinely cared. They were flexible and accommodating and addressed any maintenance issues. James is professional and diplomatic but what we appreciated most was his kindness when wrapping up our tenancy was more difficult than we had hoped (nothing to do with Houston).
