Had my wedding at House on Haines in Nov 2024 and I couldn’t recommend this venue more!

Function managers Sarah and Rach were so responsive and helpful in the lead up with our questions and doing all they could to make our vision come to life. On the day they were so lovely, helpful and thoughtful, always checking in if the bridal party needed anything. We got so many compliments on the food and the venue as a whole.

A little gem that we’re so glad we found for our big day!

Excellent carpark and venue for wedding which we were invited to. Unfortunately caterer let the wedding party down with inconsistent fish dish presented in the menu not actually matching the served fish dish & plating especially the dessert was different from plate to plate

Came here for a wedding. You could tell the function was under staffed. Guests were waiting too long for drink service and also for the food to come out. You could see that some of the staff looked very overwhelmed with not having enough staff on. Food was cold, not enough food to serve the table, side dishes for the main course started coming out during the speeches. There was no captain organising the wait staff to delegate where and when food should be sent out. Was stilll hungry after wedding.

We recently had our engagement party held at House on Haines and we couldn’t fault a single thing - till this day we still get compliments on how beautiful our venue was and how delicious the food was despite it being finger food! The staff were outstanding and I can’t thank Sarah enough, she made everything so easy! We highly recommend this venue to anyone who are considering, seriously you won’t regret it!

We were looking at venues for our wedding. We phoned and emailed multiples times to talk to the event coordinator but no phone call or email back very disappointed as we are tea tree gully locals and would have loved to have it there. We have now found another place got tired of waiting for someone to get back to us!!!!
