We have had the trip of a lifetime which we booked with Fay from HOT. This was 12months in the making and Fay was so helpful working with us on an itinerary that met our specific requests. Having never been this far before we wanted to do as much as possible. We might have been lucky, but I feel it is more about the professionalism of Fay, we had no issues with flights or the accommodation. Everything went smoothly. Our hotels were beautiful and the suggested tours we booked amazing. Our river cruise was great and talking to others the choice that Fay suggested exceeded other experiences with other providers. Chloe, Fay, Petra at House of Travel Wellington CBD were absolutely amazing with their enthusiasm, knowledge and assistance on our recent trip through Central Australia. The whole journey was fantastic - the planning, the various tours, ensuring the bits we did solo were listened too up to the part where one of our group had a medical emergency in the outback. These guys got us home speedily working overtime in a very helpful manner - it was never too much trouble. We are all so grateful for all the assistance you gave us because it made the fall out from that event so much easier to deal with.

I've worked with Petra for many years and she has always, always encouraged whatever dreams I have had personally so that I have travelled to so many countries - often alone and my safety and joy has never been in question. Sometimes in a foreign place where I don't speak the language things have turned to custard but Petra has always been at the end of the phone ready to step in. I really appreaciate that.

We had an outstanding experience with Fay from HOT who helped us navigate the world of cruises! There’s so many options out there, as a first-timer, it’s very difficult to gauge what offering would suit best. Her expert guidance helped us to make informed, confident choices. Having just returned from the cruise, we’re thrilled with the experience we had - the quality of everything exceeded our expectations and I would definitely trust her advice for our next trip.

We also had to make additional arrangements whilst on our trip and she was super responsive and gave us quality advice on our options and sorted everything.
