Bought a chopping board $40. 2 uses washed with warm water and it bubbled and warped. Try go back ask for refund but met with instant rudeness, didn't engage her hostility and left $40 out of pocket with a piece of crud China made bit of plastic and untreated bamboo.

I went in to house a ingle farm shopping Center and purchased a block set of knives as a gift. I gave the gift for my daughter. My daughter opened them and they were completely rusty. And they were new in the box. I took them back and spoke to the manager Janeane. Who was so rude to me she said every swear word under the sun. She stunk like a chimney so I think to my self is she a manager or a sailer anyway. I asked to a refund because I didn’t like her tone or abuse. So I asked her to treat me with the respect I was giving her to then be told to get out of her shop. Or she would pull one of the rusty knives out of the block and make me get out. In a very rude abusive way. I am going to contact head office as no one should be treated this way please go to a different shop people no one deserves to be treated this way.

We went into the Ingle farm store during the Black Friday sales and found the service exceptional. We were served by Janene and her knowledge on the product we were looking for was excellent. Very impressed and will certainly shop there again and recommend to friends and family.

Terrible. I went to pick up a pre-paid order and was treated as though the shop assistant was doing me a huge favour by handing it over. Dreadful service attitude. I was going to buy a few other things but decided not to under the circumstances. Definitely won't be back!

My partner bought a set of knives from them. Followed instructions on how to handle them and by day 2, knives had rust. Took them back to the store and the lady tells us to follow it up with Baccarat despite telling him “if your partner doesn't like them, return to swap and they have 1 year warranty “ . We didn’t buy from baccarat, we bought from House!
Buy from another place!!! Weird how the shop is always “on sale” all year round!

I went into store today initially looking for a couple of saucepans and a knife set. There were lots of great sales on, but as you can imagine, sometimes all the signage can be overwhelming. When I asked for some assistance, I received excellent service from Janine who had great knowledge of the products and deals and was able to give me comparisons for multiple items that satisfied what I was looking for. Janine and Kyle were friendly, helpful and gave great tips about my purchases and how to care for them. I walked out very happy with my purchases and I feel like the service was above and beyond. Thanks so much, I’ll be back for a mortar and pestle soon!

Bad experience from House , Inglefarm. I bought coffee glass. I wanted to change by next day. CS assistant said in clearance item no exchange no return. However, when bought they didn’t mentioned I can’t change it.
