Great spot for a hearty meal! The steak was perfectly grilled, tender, and flavorful. The loaded fries and fresh salad complemented the dish nicely. Plus, they have a QR code to download their app for a $10 discount – such a great deal! Highly recommend

As with previous reviews the Rooms are immaculately clean.
Christine the receptionist gave us a warm welcome and we even got to discuss world politics.
The hotel staff on the whole made us feel very welcomed.
The 5 star for the rooms reflected the cleanliness of the room as well as the comfort and cleanliness of the bed and bathroom.
The western facing rooms are a tad noisy with the glass sliding doors open due to the visible aircondioners that are on the roof .

We arrived for lunch and the staff were very welcoming, even though we hadn't booked. The menu was varied and the food was excellent. A highlight was the kids meals, being served on a tray like a bento box, with segments, great value, and good quality. The pizzas were delicious. The atmosphere is clean and bright. Great place to eat and family friendly.

Fish and chips were great BUT oh dear the service was not. The staff need training! Clear tables, be alert to who is the next customer at the bar, time is of the essence, long line waiting to order food so don’t saunter off to the kitchen to ask a question , finally they need to be positive and smiling. Don’t really blame the young staff, they need guidance, clear instructions and better supervision.to get service right.

Great location, good food but the customer service is horrid. We asked for a table for 4, got little to no response from a particular red haired female bar tender. Got put on a table in the end, we went up to order, one pair of us ordered, the second pair got told, from the same spot on the bar that you had to order food elsewhere. We got told in a belittling manner “there is a big sign over there that says ‘order food here’ ”. From that point on only rude service towards us, we asked a couple of simple questions about the menu, in return we got rude replies and made us feel very unwelcome and pushed aside in the restaurant. Following that we asked to speak with the manager, explained our situation, then got the reply “yeah, it’s hard to find good staff around here”. After our food and drinks were served, all wait staff failed to clear the table for over two hours, food and drinks included.

Absolutely enjoyed lunch yesterday in the outside area. Very dog friendly. And even under-staffed (we wouldn't have known), the service was excellent. Thanks to the bar staff and chefs.

Breakfast was tasty, eggs spot on for consistency, but both of our orders were served cold, unfortunately. One bacon rasher was barely cooked. Coffee was also lukewarm. Not flat out busy either, so not sure what happened there. May have just been an off day for them.

Thought we would try out our local. Lovely staff and nice location, but one of the most disappointing meals I have ever been served. Even other diners looked at our meals with disappointment.
Never ask for the Gluten Reduced calamari mains or the Barramundi mains. Very disappointing.
