Service (without a smile). Your staff need an overhaul. Making eye contact with patrons would be a start. It was a pretty disappointing dining experience. Get rid of the table QR codes. Where has the service gone from your hospitality staff? The atmosphere elsewhere was great (live music and bar tenders) were great ?

Hey I have been going here for years as I am local. Love this place. The food was better than expected for pub food. We were seeing Babe Rainbow, I have to tell as a place that plays music every week and is known for it. It was pretty bad, you could hear the bass really loud and the singing was really quiet. I love this place but can you please make it sound better please ?. We need more good live music in Northern Rivers

We called into the hotel for dinner. Decided to have the steak special. The steak was advertised as a rump with chips and salad. However, the salad consisted of only lettuce leaves. It was a bit disappointing. The steak was good, along with the chips. The staff were friendly too. Maybe next time I will have the expensive steak.

First visit today, we often ride our motorcycles down that way. A cheese burger and fries for lunch was nice, but at $22 it was a rip off and not value for money. The $20 rump on the top of the menu looked good, but we were advised by staff it was for after 5pm only.

We visited the place for lunch and ordered fish and chips. The meal was delightful, although the chips could have been warmer. The service was efficient, and I appreciated the QR code ordering system.

Dropped in after visiting Brunswick heads for shopping and mooching around. What a spot. View over the river. Wonderful staff. Great vibes snd several seating options. Excellent menu catering for hubby wanting a man’s meal and me wanting some thing light. The sashimi salmon poke bowl was 10/10, lamb with chips fab. Great wines and a really enjoyable day out.

The most relaxing place to soak up in the Byron Shire atmosphere. Unpretentious, great friendly service, dogos welcomed, well priced delicious meals with loads of selection. Gluten free and vego options and family friendly. A must visit when in the region with gorgeous views to the river. We love the Bryn Hotel!!!

This has been a great meeting venue with our family and friends for years. We have been to this restaurant many times over the years. We booked for Father's day this year. A party of 8. We ordered all the food one after the other but got served 30-60 minutes apart. When we approached the manager she was unapologetic and just said we should expect this kind of service on a busy day. Why bother booking? Being a hospitality trainer, I was not impressed with her lack of empathy or any concern whatsoever. We used to go often but regrettably won't be returning.
