Awesome!!! We weren’t sure if we were going to go up or not because of the weather but Simon was patient and waited it out. We went up a little later than planned but had a great time. Hugely professional, great communication and very friendly. Highly recommend!

The highly experienced Ground Staff and Pilot had us all feeling relaxed and safe the whole bus trip and flight. Finishing off with a great champagne breakfast. Definitely the highlight of our trip to the Coast. Will be booking another flight the next time we are on the Gold Coast. Thank you very much for an incredible experience .

Took the family Hot Air Ballooning with
Hot Air Balloon Down Under on the Gold Coast this week, due to it being the most affordable destination in Australia and we have always wanted to experience this form of flight.
The crew were so friendly and the flight was very scenic! We saw both Gold Coast and Hinterland views and we were up in the air on Sunrise. What a sight to see!! The best part was the location, close to our hotel and we were back in time for Whale Watching at 9.00am. We looked at a couple of companies, this was the closest flight to fit in with our other plans. Very pleased, thanks again team!

Really disappointed. This was going to be a very special flight for two members of our group of five people. However our flight on 01 July 2022 was cancelled due to weather so we were entitled to a refund. I rang them twice and also e-mails seeking a refund which they finally did, but they took a 5% fee out of our refund. Money for nothing! Check the fine print before you book with

My husband surprised me with a hot air balloon ride with Hot Air Balloon Down Under. What a spectacular view of the Gold Coast! We both were in awe of the scenery, the smooth ride and the friendly staff.

We both highly recommend this company. We felt well taken care of and we even received a champagne breakfast afterwards!

I don’t know how my husband is going to top this for the rest of our lives!

Bernard and his team they were very professional and we felt safe .
I am terrified of heights, but I was reassured it will be fine, because the baloon goes up in a very slow pace . This is the fist time in my life I was NOT SCARED OF HEIGHTS and I really enjoyed every minute of it ! We reached 4000feet before we started to decend. Highly recommend !! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
