Great school!
Instructors have a wealth of hospitality experience: they provide real life examples and practical tips.
Receptionists provide an excellent customer service: they are well-organised, professional and friendly.
I attended the RSA course and the Barista Coffee (Level 1) course. The instructor made the RSA course really interesting and very enjoyable. During the Barista Coffee course I learnt how to make a good coffee and how to use the coffee machine and the coffee grinder.

Don’t recommend this school at all. Not teaching properly and test is easy only for English speaking. It is just cheaper to take this course($50) but not worth it. Certificate doesn’t come soon and they cant even email you. There are plenty of school , pay just $10 more and get better education!!
And just couldn’t understand why they are teaching in the dark smelly alcohol place. The screen is way too small and Mouse was running around.. disgusting!!!!

I attended the RSA Course on last Monday and I liked it so much. Andrew, the RSA Trainer, gives a real dimension about what we'll be meant to do by giving real life examples and feedbacks about his own experience. Everyone was focused on the course which was really efficient. So much more interesting than to be in front of a screen to get this certificate.

Started to do the cookery course. It was atrociously inadequate.

They gave you recipes and you cooked off them, but there was no real instruction. Questions were discouraged, and students were snapped at for asking anything.

We had sheets to tick off what we were taught, but a third of the stuff we were "taught" was just the teacher making it at the front while the rest of us were too busy doing the other recipes required to cook that day.

Honestly, if you're serious about getting into the industry and not suuper experienced, I'd recommend another place (ie - William Angliss), or a workplace based apprenticeship.

This course is cheap, and it's cool you get a uniform along with it, but really, for the lack of education you get it's not worth your time...

You could get the same education just printing off some stuff from goodfood and giving it a shot at home.

Crooks. They have ignored all my emails and attempts to contact them. Make a mistake with a booking, and contacted them within five minutes. Met with complete silence, they have taken the $100 and run.

There are far better providers - use someone else.
