Excellent customer service. I was there last week and was greatly assisted by staff. Great variety of products and good brands. The prices are the best I could find. As a Chef I can say this store is the best in Brisbane as everything a Chef might need they will have

Ordered a pitcher online, got no stock, have waited 2 weeks, no one contacted me for the update of the order, had to call them 4 times, eventually got the pitcher with no manual in it. Don’t order online just go to the store, very bad management, will source stuff from other suppliers other than than them.

the new store is beautiful, but the staff extremely unprofessional and rude.

Two people on the counter, one woman with a flower crown and one guy both ignored me when standing at the counter for a minute. When I excused myself they told me they were busy and would get to me when they were free. Then continued to do something behind the counter. After 4 minutes I got frustrated and left.

This store has decent products but a small range that is just a 20% mark up over buying online. Shop here if you wanna get ignored and have money to throw away.

Large stick blender collection tho.
