The Horizontal Falls Seaplane Adventures experience is absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we took off, the breathtaking views of the Kimberley region set the tone for an incredible day. The seaplane ride itself is thrilling, offering stunning aerial perspectives of the stunning landscape.

Once we arrived at the Horizontal Falls, the unique natural phenomenon was even more impressive in person. The boat ride through the falls was exhilarating, and the guides provided fascinating insights along the way. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure everyone had a memorable experience.

Overall, this adventure is a perfect blend of excitement and natural beauty. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to explore one of Australia’s most remarkable destinations!

24 Hour Luxury Overnight Tour out of Derby, 2 adults, booked well in advance.
This is probably the hardest to articulate tour we’ve taken, there are simply not enough adjectives to describe how wonderful it was. We stayed in Derby, collected by mini bus at the caravan park, checked in at the airport, seaplane to the main pontoon and then once on “Full Throttle” went through the falls for the first of many trips. The water/tides change so quickly that not one of the runs through the falls was the same, the light changes, the flow went from calm to pumping, the adrenaline levels went with it. I’m not a fan of boats, but this was amazing and I’m so pleased I did it.
The staff looking after our group were excellent, two on the boat and three including our personal chef at the overnight “Jetwave Pearl” accommodation. A variety of cabins across two decks all with ensuite catered for up to 20 guests. Two dining areas and a lounge plus external viewing decks added to the communal spaces.
Meals were beautifully presented, delicious to eat and all with full table service. We also enjoyed a fishing tour as well as a sunrise cruise through the channels.
It is a well planned and thought through tour, the staff were all happy, knowledgeable and considerate and nothing was too much trouble. They were fun to be with and made the trip so much more memorable.
The consensus among guests was similar, we didn’t want to leave.
If you get the opportunity to see the Horizontal Falls, this particular tour is worth taking. We are planning to go back before it’s all shut down.

This was a very professional tour. Beginning in Broome where we caught our seaplane to Talbot Bay, our wild life tour to see sharks, Bat fish and more, to be followed by a sumptuous breakfast. Rachel, the Croc even swam by. Then into the speed boats to drive up Cyclone Creek and learn more interesting facts about this great area - onto the Horizontal Falls to zoom back and forth the frothing foaming turbulent gap. -All whilst appreciating the great power of the 10m tide!! Wow. Back to the seaplane for more epic views on the way back to Broome. Spectacular!

Sam the tour guide was informative, knowledgeable and helpful answering questions from our group. Callum drove the boat with skill and made the adventure that much more fun. A very well organised tour made that much better with Ben, the amazing pilot. We saw whales and Dugong on our way home and he ensured we experienced all the beauty of the falls and the archipelago. I never knew flying through clouds could be so much fun. Thank you to all the crew on 3 August 2024

We attended the full day bus/seaplane tour from Broome.
The experience was very memorable and a huge tick off our bucket list experience in cruising through the Horizontal Falls.
Our only disappointment was that the day felt rather rushed and we were always on a tight timeline to jump off a plane and usually on a boat through the Falls and then rushed to and through lunch and asked to get ready to swim almost immediately.
This was after at least 4 hours of riding on the bus travelling up the Cape, visiting the pearl farm, visiting the hatchery and then waiting around at the airfield.
We felt it was a case of less would have been more if we spent less time on the bus and more time in and around the Falls and having a relaxed lunch rather than being prompted and herded around like sheep by the various staff.
Overall a fantastic day but not quite perfect.

Just had the most AMAZING adventure. Everything was made so easy we literally just had to be there. The team are super friendly, helpful & so full of knowledge it was incredible. We will be back to do an overnight stay. ♥️

This is a once in a lifetime experience that is well worth the money. Leaving Broome at sunrise, we flew over the most beautiful coastline and scenery. The colours of the sand and water are to be seen to be believed. Landing and taking off in a sea plane is so calm and such fun. We had breakfast on the larger boat attached to the pontoon and also saw and had the opportunity to feed the wild tawny sharks. All of the staff were lovely and helped ensure a wonderful adventure. Our pilot made sure that he circled the Horizontal Falls a couple of times so that everyone regardless of where they were seated could get a great view. You almost need to see them from the air to really appreciate this natural phenomenon. The boat trip was also excellent. We did the half day and felt that we had plenty of time.
