She is the utmost professional and made sure everything was perfect from planning to execution. Rebekah is committed to her business and clients, going above and beyond to ensure quality. She graciously took the time to help me with my bridal portraits, design mock-ups/meetings, and was on call to assist with anything I needed. Brave, I know! I appreciated her connecting me with incredible vendors that helped make me and my day beautiful and memorable for a lifetime. Ok where do I start ! Rebekah thank you and your girls for all that you do! Y’all killed it and I really appreciate it ! I had a blast and everything went so perfect! Working along with Rebekah was a blast from the start. I knew I wanted someone I can trust and who would be honest with me. Rebekah was that person. She felt like family who wanted her sister or cousin to have the wedding of her dreams. I felt a connection with her immediately. Her personality and professionalism made everything so much easier. Oh gosh where do I even start. Rebekah and Jen have been a dream to work with from day one. When I tell you they made my vision come to life they really did. The day of my wedding the team was on it to the point if anything didn't come out how it was supposed to come out, I didn't know a thing. We used Rebekah for day of coordination. She and her assistants Wendy and Michelle are amazing!!! They were so sweet and attentive the whole day. I was 5 months pregnant at my wedding and they made me feel so comfortable and stress free. They made sure me and my husband didn’t need anything all night. My husband thought I was “splurging” on everything, typical guy. He walked out that night saying how awesome they were and how they were so worth it! I literally felt like the only thing they didn’t do was carry me around lol. Book her! You won’t regret a thing!

A lot of vendors made our day possible but Hopeful Events stood out among all of them!!! Rebekah and Jennifer went above and beyond! I was very hands on throughout the planning process and was SO happy to have all the planning handed off, especially by a team so thoughtful and professional. Rebekah and Jennifer were so great about creating and making recommendations to my timeline and details that would make sense logistically and meet our vision. We also loved that we were set up with Aisle Planner — it had every detail we would ever need to track, and Jennifer was SO great about making sure we stayed on track with details and deadlines in the tool!

During the day itself, we didn’t have to worry about anything, as Rebekah and her team coordinated the set up of the venue, vendor management, and breakdown. They really took care of everything, even ensuring that some of our guests would take home things left at the venue for us. They really went above and beyond. The team were all SO attentive, responsive, professional, and kind. They brought my husband and I so much peace of mind. They had all details planned to a tee which allowed us to really sit back and enjoy the day. The girls even helped bustled my dress!!! (which was a life saver) We are so thankful for all they did for us, the team truly went above and beyond.

The absolute best investment we made for our wedding!! We can’t recommend Hopeful Events enough!!!!

I want to thank Rebekah for saving the day and helping me fix my dress. My dress zipper was faulty and she was able to sew it up for me. I was one of the maid of honors and was a little nervous and stressed. She came in with her sewing kit and did her best at sewing me up. Thank you so much!
