We have used Hoot Holidays twice now and have found them to be professional and reliable, as well as having great holiday deals. The last holiday we booked to Bali was cancelled on the day we were meant to fly out, however “Elysse” was wonderful in organising the whole holiday exactly one week later, at no extra cost! Hoot holidays could not have been a better experience for our family holiday to Phuket! The package at the Marriott (Merlin Beach), the communication, the local Hoot travel contact (Nook - he was outstanding!!) the transfers and all details arranged by Hoot were sensational. We could not be happier with the experience and are thankful to the Hoot team for this experience. We will book again through Hoot!!

We just recently went on a trip for my 40th to the Outrigger Fiji ( big group of 23 ) and Christine from Hoot was amazing, she helped make it an easy booking, was always there to either answer emails or calls from everyone and help plan a holiday that was amazing. I would highly recommend her and hoot and will definitely be booking with them again.

Wow! This is the first time time I used Hoot and the process from start to finish was so seamless. We were allocated one contact, Miller who went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after. We are a family of 6 who travelled to Fiji for the first time and decided to try an all inclusive package and so glad we did. We saved thousands and everything was organised for us from the flights, hotels, transfers and food. We literally just had to show up. This was one of the best customer service I have experienced and am very grateful. We look forward to booking with Hoot for our next holiday in the upcoming months.

I cannot recommend Hoot Holidays enough.
I have just recently enjoyed my second holiday which I purchased through Hoot Holidays.
They take care of everything… Hotel, Transfers and plane tickets.
Both times I have had fantastic interactions with the staff.
This holiday I had to change a few things and the representative couldn’t help me any better.

At first I was hesitant to use Hoot Holidays for our trip to Phuket as I hadn't heard anything about them before, only seen their adds in the Sunday Telegraph.
But we couldn't have been happier with them from the day we booked with Ria, until the day we arrived home. She was very helpful and answered every question I asked of her.
The 4 flights on Singapore Airlines were great.
After we booked into our hotel we were given an envelope stating our consultant, Wickie from Destination Asia would meet us in the foyer at 9.30 the next morning . She pointed out features of the hotel and suggested a few day trips we might be interested in. We chose 3, the Twilight Canoe trip to James Bond Island, the Green Elephant tour and the full day of Phuket tour.
These trip were all more than expected, fun and informative.
Whilst the Centara Grand Resort is beautiful and right on the beachfront., I would choose another resort closer to Karon Beach itself. They don't have a shuttle bus and it get very expensive to catch either a tuk-tuk or taxi each way every day to go to the city to the restaurants.
As for Hoot Holidays I would highly recommend them for any trip I had planned for the future.
