I cannot recommend Chelsea at Hoorah Events enough! My sister hired her as the coordinator for her wedding last week, and Chelsea went above and beyond to ensure the entire day ran smoothly. From the very beginning, she took so much pressure off my sister and me, handling every little detail with such professionalism and grace.

As the Maid of Honour, I was incredibly grateful for how Chelsea supported me as well, making sure everything was on track and relieving any stress I had. She truly did everything—and more!—to make the day seamless and stress-free for everyone.

From the moment I contacted Hoorah for wedding day co-ordination, Chelsea has been a dream.
Having a south coast wedding was all I ever wanted and Chelsea made it better than I ever hoped it could be.
Chelsea and I always talked about a wet weather ‘plan B’ but I had no idea how much we would need it - getting married on a weekend where a year’s worth of rain fell in 48 hours. It was relentless.
With Chelsea’s never rest attitude and vision - our wedding day was so special and even more intimate because of the rain.
Not only did Chelsea work non stop doing anything and everything you can think of - but she is also such a warm, friendly person and the 40 friends and family at our wedding, all agreed that she was amazing.
Chelsea is exactly what everyone should have on their special day. As a bride, I didn’t want to be the point of contact on the day or even leading up to the day. Chelsea encouraged me to direct all my wonderful vendors to her, but more importantly - I absolutely knew that I could. I am not a natural delegator but this was the easiest decision I ever made.
She somehow knew what I wanted and with her years of experience and determination that my day would be epic- she delivered - and then some.

Wedding budgets tend to creep up and it’s tempting to cut costs and think you can do it yourself. However what Chelsea gave me was priceless. It wouldn’t have come together or been so magical without her and I will never not be grateful for her.

Hoorah Events are simply amazing! We had to style our wedding on a tight budget and Monica went out of her way to make it look incredible. She brings your ideas to life, better than you can imagine and used a lot of sustainable materials which we really appreciated. We felt like family, the way she and Chelsea looked after us.

They also co-ordinated our day which took a lot of stress away in the lead up and especially on the day, as they had to deal with multiple suppliers. As a guest noted "Monica was everywhere and nowhere at once" as she was across every single thing and managed people beautifully without them even noticing. Quite a few people mentioned they had never experienced an event running so smoothly.

They are very thoughtful, kind, experienced and generally go out of their way to make it the best day ever.

Monica and her team exceeded our expectations and more! She converted our fully functional machinery shed to a welcoming and magical environment in a rustic setting.

Monica is very artistic and a true designer! She provided an eclectic mix of decor and props, including a hand made fresh red chilli chandelier! Her team created an enchanting garden backdrop which stylishly add to the ambience of the rustic theme.

Bottom line I will definitely recommend them to anyone who wants there event to be original and custom designed to your taste.

Monica was very responsive to my calls and emails and worked with my budget without compromising on the quality.

Chelsea at Hoorah Events did such a fantastic job for our wedding! Everything from the pre-wedding day organisation, to the table arrangements & styling, was actually perfect! We couldn't be happier! She was able to give us exactly what we asked for and what we needed. She was even able to give us a massive hand in navigating the required covid documentation & organisation. We had Chelsea as our wedding coordinator and I could not be more happy with my choice. We hired her as a day-of planner but she did SO much more than that. We live in Colorado but had our wedding in Jervis Bay so planning this wedding was incredibly stressful. No matter what, I could email Chelsea and she would immediately hop on a zoom with me to put me at ease. The day would not have been as perfect as it was without her. She was everywhere all at once and made sure everything looked beautiful. I trusted her with all of the decisions 100%. We recently hosted a big 40th birthday party and Chelsea managed the event. Her guidance throughout planning was amazing - she was kind, energetic, resourceful, had great relationships with many vendors, and just got things done without much information or guidance from us! She also worked tirelessly on the day at the party - dealing with vendors coming and going, moving around furniture to make the event work and flow better, and basically allowed us to fully enjoy our own party!
