I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding care my mother receives at Homewood. From the moment we first visited, we knew this was a place filled with compassion, professionalism, and a genuine sense of community.

The staff is absolutely incredible, patient, kind, and attentive. They treat my mother with dignity and warmth, always taking the time to listen to her needs and ensure she feels comfortable and safe. It gives our entire family peace of mind to know she’s in caring hands. She only has positive experiences during her stay at Homewood.

The facility is clean, welcoming, and comfortable rooms that feel like a home. My mother especially enjoys the engaging activities and social events that help her stay active and connected.

The facilities is a top-notch, clean and presented well. Mum does like to participate in some of the excellent activities in Homewood and enjoys her time there.

The best asset is the excellent staff who are hard working and caring. A special mention to Tom who is very understanding and professional. He sets everyone at ease and we know our loved ones are in good hands.

My father stayed here for 4 weeks of respite. I am blown away with how wonderful every person who works here is! All the staff are nurturing, friendly and so great at what they do. Everyone looks genuinely happy to work there! Tom is so amazing! He is helpful, informative and always happy to talk through anything. Shiwani looked after dad so well and was always willing to help. All the staff were so great that my father had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

My parents completed a 4-week respite stay at Homewood Gardens and it was wonderful - couldn't have gone smoother. My parents were treated with respect, dignity and genuine care. The place itself actually feels more like home than a facility because of the warm environment created and fostered by the team. The staff were ALL very friendly, highly capable and overly accommodating to ensure my parents' needs were being met, including their emotional well-being. I dealt mainly with Tom Pembroke who is truly a genuine, good person. He is very positive and responsive, nothing is too much trouble. Rhea, the RN, is a delight to deal with - highly knowledgeable, sweet and friendly. I can honestly say that I highly recommend Homewood Care to provide sincere, real care for your loved one.
