100 % the worst experience of my life, Disability should be respected not abused.
Not qualified or experienced enough to fix a basic problem and refuse to rectify. Use another service provider they tell me when I am not on NDIS. Reported to Safeguards.
They can't even negotiate with CBS.
Be warned ⚠️
Danger Zone
I am 2k out of pocket and left over 6 months with no aids or compassion.

I just love ❤ this place it's as if a red carpet is there just for me
They make me feel at ease (HUGE Bonus)
I was feeling as if I was on a minefield when I entered the shop. Also I was so confused as to how the system works buying a scooter with My Aged Care!
They assured me that I was in good hands and to this day I still feel that I have made some really nice friends.

Absolutely first class service, it was at 4.58 pm on the Thursday before the Easter weekend and i needed a wheelchair. Sorry but I cannot remember the lady's name at their Beverley site. She went out of her way to deliver to my neighbours house as i was still at the RAH. We have bought several items in the past, and were extremely impressed with their service. Hi highly recommend Homecare Equipment wether it be for hiring or buy outright.

I was served by Vince in the Keswick store. He was a lovely gentleman as when you are old people treat you differently. He was kind and respectful and tried to help you the best way he can. I recommend him as a gentleman and was a very kind salesman. May god give him good luck. I went to another store and they were so rude. Vince is a gentleman plus!

If you are an NDIS Participant BEWARE of this Company They Take NDIS Funds Provide a Product that is not of an Acceptable Quality and Do not Last a Reasonable Period of time when they get caught out they be deceptive and Dishonest and Instead of Doing the Morally and Legally Right Thing They drag there heels and Deflect Blame and want to waste more NDIS Funds Fixing something that shouldnt have broken in the First place As of The Directors Breach of the NDIS Code of Conduct NDIS Practice Standards and the Australian Consumer Law this Buisness has been Reported to and is now Subject to an Investigation/Action From the Australian Federal Police NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission And the ACCC The Buisness Also Forgets to mentioned they have came out 2 times in the last 18 months and failed to repair the fault and due to there inaction the problem has gotten worse but the great thing about google reviews is people can read these and the matters in the hands of the relevant government agencies but beware this place ignores the consumer law NDIS code of Conduct NDIS Practice standards and does what ever they want Buyer Beware

What fantastic people and service
I arranged a mobility scooter for a friend who traveled to SA
From the moment I rang to enquire I was looked after by Mary who went out of her way to provide all the info and look after what I needed
I was allowed to “pimp” up the scooter which my friend thoroughly got a kick out of it
Drop off and pick up went as planned and I received updates and messages to let me know
