In 2020, I was renting privately and everything was going well until the owner unexpectedly decided to terminate my lease due to the new laws brought in to allow owners to terminate if they needed housing due to the covid pandemic. My 3 year old son (at the time) and I were being forced out and every application I was making was being rejected. I was thankfully able to make an application for high priority housing and be approved. A week before my move out date, still with no where to go, I got a call offering me a property and was so grateful to have somewhere safe for my son and I to go.
I’ve unfortunately had to apply for a transfer due to some personal reasons but Nicole has been extremely helpful and understanding and I’ve been approved for a high priority transfer and I am now waiting for a home offer. I cannot thank Nicole enough for her help with my situation and her understanding.

compass housing\home in place went from being ok to ignorant in 6-11 months had so much trouble with not only a neighbour for months but this company too I had enough and move out to find out that they are nothing but liars I had been told 60 days for my bond which is 2 months they had screwed me around on my bond and so much more. I would never tell anybody to rent with this greedy company they can turn a simply fix matter into a dangerous can't be at my own place matter (any problem with them you have go to fair trading they can help) 60 days for a bond is them lying to you!!!

I am homeless now because your staff withdrew a housing offer after the bond was paid . First, i was told no bond required 25% of income which was $144 .00 then a week later bond is $2420 a compass market rent bond. Your business is the only community housing that charges more than the set rate of four weeks' rent. Your bonds are 20% mark up .
Its a fact people state you are not a charity but a business and care only about. money.
I will be starting a podcast soon from my car, yes it is where I've been living for several weeks because my belongings are in storage costing me as much as a private rental. I totally blame Compass, your staff knew I needed to vacate, my rental went from 370 to 450 pw . To withdraw a housing offer after a bond was paid is shameful, guess you found a client the government would pay big money for you to the house.
Shame on your business you can change your name but the people know all about your business .It is all about the money for you and my truth will be told your staff should be ashamed. Maybe ill go to the name and shame site too .Im spreading my truth Home in place = Made me homeless . My rate for your company is minus a million rude an uncaring .Podcast is coming -

Absolutely disgusted with the treatment I received from a member of your staff in a recent phone call. Unprofessional and discriminatory nobody should be treated the way I was!!!
