An excellent and informative tour of the home of one of Australia's less prominent Prime Ministers (Joseph Lyons) - even though he was PM for seven years and died in office and Dame Edith Lyons (who was both a British and Australian Dame, plus became an MP too).

They had twelve children!

Lovely home and story

A very interesting piece of Australian history and an insight into a family that faithfully served in both state and federal governments while maintaining close contact with their roots as true Aussie battlers. The country loved them for it as did the monarchy. More people should know about their story.
