HollyDay travel were fantastic from the start to end of our trip. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner, morning or night. They really gave us the reassurance that we were in great hands. We almost had to cancel our trip due to or 12 month old getting sick, within an hour we knew what we were up for if we cancelled and the process which we had to do it in.
I can not thank Uresha and the whole team for their hard work and dedication, we most definitely will be using them again.

Having booked with Holly for an overseas trip previously we were very happy to place our local Aussie holiday in her hands. Our trip to the top of WA and NT included a number of tour cancellations and changes and flight cancellations. Thanks to having Holly the whole process of making changes was stress free and it was great knowing that Holly was there to support us and was just a text or phone call away. I would reccomend Holly to anyone, 5 star service! Update, 2023, we just completed our tour of Norway and Iceland, it was awesome and all went very smoothly with great support from Holly on one minor issue with transport timing to the airport.

When meeting Holly in person I found she was a lovely lady who was very knowledgeable on many locations and travel routes.
She helped me to book the best flights for a great price.

On the trip and leading up to it, the team kept great contact and often updated me with travel tips and any changes on visas etc to me location.

After always previously going with big-name companies, I would never look back at changing for a smaller, more personal experience. The whole team at Holly-day travel have been fantastic!

Recently, my daughter and I planned a holiday of a lifetime to spend Christmas and New Year in LA Disneyland and New York City. Holly helped us plan and book everything. Her experience and professionalism left us feeling excited and relaxed, knowing that everything was planned to perfection. Halfway throughout the visit, my daughter fell extremely unwell and had to visit the hospital on multiple occasions.Holly was an amazing support with advice on managing travel insurance, and her kindness was invaluable. She also managed to book us on an earlier flight home to allow us both to recover at home in Australia.
