I booked a holiday QLD, Ausralia to China March 12th, 2020 (11 days $787 included 4☆ accommodation, airfares, meals & daily itinerary, including Great Wall, & MANY great experiences & sights) & was looking forward to it IMMENSELY..
& Covid hit.
We had to cancel with short Notice & were MEGA disappointed.
Holiday Xperience refunded our trip payments in FULL within a week.
I was HUGELY impressed by their integrity.
Thank you Holiday Xperience.
I wish I could rebook this trip with you.
Do you still do such tours to China?

NB: It was an online purchase through Groupon.. so I'm not sure which office it was booked through.

I have booked the China and Europe tour via Holiday XP sunshine, the tour was great! It was a very reasonably priced package and I can tell you that the hotels are clean and considered 4 and 5 star, food is okay to eat as well especially the western style buffet breakfast which I always enjoyed! Also staff are professional as they can explain even recommend some attractions for me, of course some details they didn't know but they would happy to look/search for me.
I have already recommended my cousin to join some Australia local tour and will definitely recommend to others if its also good.

They have idiot drivers. They don't know how to drive bus, their driver drive very dangerous bus.
Be careful to hire them.
