If you hire a bus from Holiday Xperience BE WARNED. It may not turn up on the day. My daughter got married last Saturday and I booked a 54 seater bus to take elderly guests and others from gardens in St Kilda to the reception. It was a very hot windy day and I wanted most of us to arrive at the same time as we only had the restaurant till 4pm. The bus didn't arrive and we were left scrambling for Ubers and taxi's and quite a few of us had to walk to tram stop so therefore many people were late. When I rang to see what was happening I was told it had fallen off the system, even though I had rang 2 days earlier to tell them the best place to park the bus. I am still very angry about this as it's not something you want to happen on your daughters wedding day. I was offered a $100 credit and my money back but as if I would ever trust this company again. I wouldn't even give them one star but I have to if I want to post this message.
