Incredible experience! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by the warmest staff who made me feel like a VIP. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and they even offered a complimentary beverage on arrival.

The room itself was spacious, spotless. bathroom, was clean. I was especially impressed with the high-tech amenities that made everything so convenient.

The hotel’s facilities were top-notch

What really stood out was the staff’s attention to detail and their eagerness to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. Whether it was helping with a last-minute request or offering local recommendations, they went above and beyond.

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay—this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I can’t wait to return and would recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free getaway. A true 10/10 experience!

Fantastic stay. Short stay with 2 adults and 2 kids 12yrs and 9yrs. Pool was great option and the breakfast was amazing.
Convenient location with short walk to train station, shopping centre and places to eat.
Staff were all very friendly and always looked neat and well presented.
Would definitely stay again in tbe future.

We were greeted with a big smile by Lauren, she was friendly and had great customer service explained the process and gave extra information on what to do in Sydney for us. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay, comfortable beds, good space. Had an issue with the door which Lauren dealt with and within a short time the issue was resolved. Only had a small snack from the restaurant, staff were friendy. Overall a wonderful experience staying here and would stay again.

Customer service at Holiday Inn Parramatta was excellent. The staff were friendly (warm) and professional - a special mention to Irene (Front Desk) and Sarah and Kenny (F&B). The suite was comfortable - bed and pillows were a winner. It is the perfect size for a small family. The hotel is a 5 min walk to Westfield and Parramatta train station. Easy to get to Sydney CBD.

All the staff were so friendly and genuinely helpful, especially Lauren at the front desk. It's clearly a very family friendly hotel and with 4 kids of my own that's very important to me, enough to encourage me to stay here again for sure. The room was clean and tidy, beds and pillows made for a good night's sleep. Certainly value for money.

We had a fantastic experience during our three night stay. The front desk staff were friendly and approachable. They were able to accommodate us when our flight landed early with an early check-in. They also offered us complimentary breakfast for signing up for their rewards program. The room was clean and equipped with modern technology, including a wireless phone charger. The daily housekeepers did a wonderful job and kept the room clean and stocked. The hotel is situated close to the train station, so we had no problem getting around. Overall, we had a pleasant experience.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Room was immaculate and very comfortable. Hotel was conveniently located and is easily found. Bed was large and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is amazing and a lot of variety. The service is excellent and so friendly & helpful.

Could be 1/2 dishes you offer variety. |- pool is a small one, kids (9 plus) didn’t enjoy it much as it becomes crowded very easily by just a few ppl due to the size.
