The check in was quick. The rooms are simple but clean and tidy. The problem was e charging of mobile due to configuration of the sockets. No water and no bath room amenities were provided. The breakfast was simple and basic. |There should be someone to prepare omelettes or fried eggs instead of dumping one egg dish. Liked the staff. ||While checking out early at 9 am I left my IPhone charger in the room 228. When came back at my flight time to collect my luggage I asked for my charger but the staff took centuries to bring it and I left in hurry as I was getting late for my flight. Asked them to keep it as i had to come back after 4 days. But when came again for a night stay I could not get it.

Very convenient and cozy place to stay. One of the only affordable hotels in the area that provided breakfast. The breakfast experience was very surprising considering the price. Special thanks to Ms.Maria from the kitchen staff who delivered exceptional service. Many thanks from 223 👍

This is a very practical place to stay. Clean rooms. Good Breakfast. Very customer centric staff with a special mention of Ms Maria and Mr Justus K. This is a budget hotel so you need to drag your own bags to the room. The amenities are available but you need to pick them from the reception. There is a pay to use Washer Dryer that’s very practical and convenient. All in all a complete value for money deal

Stayed here for one night and our room was lovely (small), comfy king bed and perfectly close to the airport. The best were the guys working on the front desk. They were kind, smiley, relaxed and even when I lost my room card they calmly told me “that’s fine” then gave me a new one. Appreciated their honestly and Friendliness. Also an easy 12 min walk from Mascot train station.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express at Mascot as I had a flight out at the international airport the next day. I liked the hotel a lot. The rates are reasonable by Sydney standards, the rooms aren’t big but are big enough and very functional. I liked that the television had chrome cast set up already and the bonus is that breakfast is included. The breakfast includes a hot breakfast that has sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs and baked beans. Service is fast and efficient. I found it to be a bit of a walk from the domestic airport but hardly problematic - it took me some fifteen minutes. For the international airport, there are shuttle services you can use.

Good size room and comfortable bed. Location convenient to domestic terminal by bus or on foot as is Mascot station to get into city.

Minimal aircraft noise and the best blockout blinds I've seen in any hotel.

Good selection at breakfast although can be very busy, Maria provided excellent and friendly service.

I'd happily stay again next time I visit Sydney.

We stayed here one night after our flight was canceled.. after a long day and a disappointing start to an amazing holiday the staff at the hotel were so lovely. Very accommodating and gave us a late checkout so we didn’t have to sit around the airport any longer than necessary the next day. The rooms were comfortable and spotless. Overall would highly recommend..
