I rarely leave reviews, however, this one construction business that is most deserving one.
Being a purchaser off plan , my expectations weren’t set too high .
My husband and I still can’t believe the high quality and attention to detail our apartment has .
We are so thankful for holdmark for being trustworthy and for providing and incorporation incredible landscape designs for their community.

I have lived in my Holdmark property for almost three years now, it has been a pleasant and stress-free experience. The finishes and fittings are good, appliances and A/C etc have been very good.. When there have been minor problems, the excellent Holdmark building management team has always dealt with them immediately. Outside, the common areas are well maintained. It’s a nicely designed project with quality landscaping complementing the riverside location.

I had the pleasure of living in one of the apartments built by Holdmark a few years ago, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I moved in, it was clear that Holdmark truly prioritises quality and attention to detail.

I've lived in a Holdmark Property Group managed home for the last couple of years and it has been a fantastic experience.

Their team is professional, friendly and always quick to respond to any concerns or maintenance requests.

The apartment I live in is well built and has been kept extremely well. I don't anticipate leaving anytime soon. I particularly like how attentive they are to the cleanliness of the complex that I live in.

I am very very impressed as they have produced a sound structure with high quality finishes and allows for plenty of natural light and space with the occupants comfort as a priority. I would definitely consider buying another Holdmark built and developed property and I recommend you consider as well.

Very bad experience with Holdmark, probably is one of the worse family-owned property developer and builder in Australia, if not the worst. Never buy from this very lousy developer. I bought a 2 bedrooms unit in lower north shore from Holdmark a few years ago. There were heaps of defects found in the unit with very poor craftmanship upon taking delivery of the unit. We reported numerous defects found to the on-site remedial team hired by Holdmark. They just couldn't care less, but just kept the remedial work delayed over a year until we fixed it ourselves finally. Finishes to the apartment was very different to what was shown in the sales brochure and schedule of finishes. Sliding balcony window failed to close due properly to large gap existed. Internal wall cavity is completely empty without any insultation. Poor quality AC unit was installed that provides little airflow and often malfunctioned. Severe water ingress found inside the underground carpark and rooftop for over 5 years, but Holdmark never bother to fix it. Holdmark eventually entered into a Deed of Settlement with the Owners Corp after being taken to the court for defect claims and sued for damages, but water ingress issue in the carpark and roof top still exists 8 years after construction competed in 2016. What the hell!
