I'm not a big gin drinker but some friends wanted to have a go making their own, so the wife and I joined.

It was a lot of fun, learning how gin is flavoured and the different ingredients that could be used. I would definitely recommend giving it a go as I was very happy with the flavour of my gin, something I'm saving to drink on special occasions.

What an incredible opportunity! I was fortunate enough to attend the monthly muster today, and the experience did not disappoint. Gav was incredibly welcoming, and knowledgeable about the distilling process. We were welcomed with hot coffee and egg & bacon rolls before learning about the distilling process, choosing our botanicals and creating our own unique gin!
Fantastic day of connection, collaboration and fun experiences.
100% recommend, I’ve already shared the experience with many veteran friends.

Had a great day out at Hold Fast! An excellent lunch at Troopers Rest followed by an amazing experience learning all about the art of gin and distilling our very own! Highly recommend this experience to everyone - especially during the cold months as the raging fires are really lovely!

Spent a windy afternoon concocting my own personal gin and as a non gin lover it was an amazing experience.
Really informative, very enjoyable,SO much fun.
This is a great reason to get away for the weekend and see some NSW.

This is a fantastic business in a beautiful old building.
The building has been beautifully done up inside and will be very warm and cozy over winter.
As for the gin, it is absolutely fantastic! There is a variety of flavours that is mixed with good quality Australian tonic.
The rest of the bar is well stocked with a big choice of Australian and overseas spirits. There is a number of excellent Australian craft spirits from Corowa, the Southern Highlands and the far South Coast of NSW.
All the staff were excellent and Gavin is a master distiller!
