Went there for a Cup day lunch, the food was good.
I had a half grilled fish & my brother ordered a steak, both are well cooked and the portion was right. Not too much for a small eater.
Finished with a cream brulee and apple crumble, a reasonable price with a big size.
My overall experience was good & will definitely go back again.
The only downside was the holiday surcharge, which we couldn't avoid these days.

Amazing venue. Caters for everyone all in one place. After work drinks, family dinner, special occasions, live music or watching sports…. Best thing is it’s so kid friendly with dedicated play area and a team of staff that clearly enjoy working here.
Food is always as it reads in menu and presented and cooked as a restaurant not a pub or Bistro meal.
Staff are always happy, friendly and engage with you and children.

Fantastic lunch at Hogan’s today. Great value, fantastic service - especially from Janine who took so much time to explain and check on the gluten free options available.

The meals were very generous and delicious. Exactly what you want from this kind of dining experience.

We travelled into Wallan (1.5Hrs) for the 1 st time, stopped here to have lunch
Not only is the building absolutely adorable, we were greeted with most friendly staff, sharing knowledge of the building history with us, our meals were absolutely delicious.
We returned to Wallan for business and returned to this beautiful restaurant and once again the welcoming service was delivered and the food was again incredible
My daughters & I would like to thank the management, for having such an amazing Chef and staff. Best restaurant

We were new to the place and arrived exactly at 1130am. Service was great by the time we left the place was crowded. We ordered Lasagne, lamb shanks and spaghetti bolognese, massive sizes and jugs of raspberry drinks. Didn't have room for desert after but their options were great.Thank you

Pulled in to Wallan for lunch off the Hume Hwy. Bigger busier place than I thought. We had never gone into here before,never really had the time.Found Hogans. I think we will be back. It looks like it can get very busy. We had a window table in the front out of the frey. Food was very tasty and fair priced. Good sized servings. Beer was cold wine tasty. Could not fault the service of anyone there. Place is under going renos so once the pokies are in it may get busier. The horrid things may keep us away and we will check out somewhere else as it looks like there are a lot if places to dine I Wallan

Ordered a chicken parma take away,got home no sauce again
called the pub spoke to a young girl explained the situation. and she asked asked me to return it ,she also stated that they checked it and that it had sauce on it , well that's impossible as im looking at it and theirs no sauce ,she was quiet rude to the point she informed me that i didn't have to go back there again. if this is how u train ur staff its a joke . never again
no sauce, the size of the meal has reduced substantially
and cost is 23$ from 20$
