Rented a property through Hodginson for 2.5 years. They were excellent to deal with. While looking after the interests of the owner, they were still receptive to our needs.Yan Lee was our property manager and a delight to deal with. The last time we rented was 1983, so I was unsure of a lot of things, but she was always helpful.

I would have no hesitation in recommending them, both to rent through and to use as a property manager if you have property to rent out.

As a property investor and recently a property manager I have no hesitation to say that this company is unprofessional and have no interest in looking after your property. They dealt with my investment poorly and with no integrity. Not only did they not recommend rental increases annually (had rented my property at $640 when the rental marked had valued it at $700 and now with new agency getting $720) they let the tenants completely demolish the property with no accountability. (The list goes on but thought a brief warning is necessary) I urge anyone to do their research before dealing with them.
