As I was on student visa and went in for a free of charge consultation at HMMK office in lakemba. I met Mohammed Ismail Saud in the month of Feb 2022 for change of course. He firstly try to know my background qualification. Apart from changing my university he correctly advised me to get skills assessment for my b.tech in Civil engineering and when I got my skills assessment he lodge my EOI for Nsw 491visa.

I got invited for 491 visa from regional NSW and he lodge my 491 visa in June 2022. Recently I got my 491 visa granted. I am very happy and thankful to Allah that I went and meet Mohammed ismail saud at HMMK EDUCATION AND VISA SERVICES. That was my turning point. Like other international students I don't know much about skills migration and the process. At the correct time I met a correct person and thank to Allah my life has changed.

firstly he is such a scammer please don't transfer any amount before the work is done, he won't return it.
And i suggest never to go to him there are plenty of good and genuine agents around if you come here you will regret.
Didn't got any less Stars than 1 or else i would've gave. He didn't even deserve 1 star, took $1000 by saying it would be the refundable amount and he will get me a admission in nursing i transferred and waited for 4 week didn't got any mail from any university about application or admission when the intake was ending i got admission from another migration agent who didn't took any money from me. When i came back to him to take the refundable money as he didn't got me any admission and not even applied in any clg he refused to give my money back. he can just do transfer from masters and visits to small clgs to diploma he can't do big admissions. anyways when i asked for my money back he played a very bad game with me and now its been 6months he didn't yet paid all of it insanely rude and a dog when it comes to money, if you dont believe me give him some amount and see .Ignore all those paid reviews if you are really looking into reviews. Now he also blocked me from WhatsApp when i text him for my money. Anyways i gave up on the remaining amount as a charity and sadakha from my family to his family let him and his kids enjoy that amount. As he is working he will definitely come on roads one day and we all who got scammed will see him begging.

Agent is very unprofessional. Hung up the phone on me without completely listening to my query. His tone of voice was very unfriendly over the phone and asked me questions in a very unprofessional way. My piece of advice would be to stay away Stay from hmmk migration.
