Just had the pleasure of experiencing a fantastic one-day tour along the iconic Great Ocean Road, and I can't recommend "Hit the Road Tours" enough! A special shout-out goes to our guide, Peter .Peter was attentive and answered all our curious questions with a wealth of knowledge. His live commentary throughout the journey was the highlight, blending humor with fascinating information that made every stop feel special and enlivened our entire day.
We got to witness breathtaking views, stunning coastlines, and the famous Twelve Apostles, but we also had the pleasure of encountering kangaroos and exploring various points along the route. Peter navigated the road like a pro while keeping us entertained and informed at every bend. It's safe to say that this adventure will stay fresh in our hearts and minds for a lifetime! Jimmy Chen is a brilliant guide. He has the right balance between informing, having a joke and laugh and giving his guests quiet time with soothing instrumental music.

He has sound knowledge of nature, history and kept great time throughout our tour, informing us in advance about the movements and time available.

It was easy to book with them and Orlando was very prompt and helpful with our request to carry our small wheelchair and organise leg room.

We had a wonderful tour and highly recommend the reverse tour, which covers all the main stops and beats the tourist rush. We had enough time to enjoy every spot and didn’t feel rushed.

Wow! Hit the road tours are so good. We had an amazing tour guide, Jimmy Chen. He had lots of knowledge on melbourne history, and was very helpful when we had questions. He had jokes but he was also very imformative. He was very flexible and he brought us to places that other guides wouldn't have. Lastly Jimmy has exceptional driving skills. if you want a tour where you can learn about melbourne and have fun hit the road tours with Jimmy is the place to go.

Went for the Mt Buller tour with Sam and it was an absolutely amazing experience! He was enthusiastic despite it being 6am and considerate throughout. He was cheerful and easy to talk to, had great recommendations on what to do and where to go in the village. He was patient and fun during the circuit walk, making sure everyone could catch up. Would highly recommend this tour as my guide made this stress-free as a first time snow experience ? Mt Buller was beautiful in early August with the snow!

We had a fantastic trip with HTR. Peter was our travel guide and he is an absolute gem. He made every effort to show the kangaroos, Koala.We even had a whale sighting. He knows the hidden spots. Loved it. Do ask.Peter about "Tasmania".

Really enjoyed the Great Ocean Road adventure with Hit The Road Tours. Our expert tour guide, Sam, was very knowledgeable and easy going. He definitely made the whole journey fun and exciting! Orlando was also particularly helpful in terms of processing any requests that I had. Overall, I recommend them if it’s your first time going to Great Ocean! ❤️

Fantastic day out on this well organised, slick tour.
The scenery was top notch. Caught wild koala and kangaroos, including some rois sparring! The reverse itinerary meant crowds avoided.
A+ to Sam for being an incredible tour guide. Super engaging and entertaining ?
