WORST WORST WORST travel agency consultant we have ever experienced. The only Caucasian in this travel agency and is not helpful at all. She does not know anything when we asked her about whether it be JR passes information or any recommended locations in Japan. Attitude was horrible, slow and does not seem willing to help. Been here twice and was always directed to be served by her. She rolled her eyes when we asked her about Disneyland tickets. We will never come back again.

Horrible experience buying JR passes here. We unfortunately left our tickets at home which caused a huge amount of stress and HIS travel agent were extremely unsympathetic slapping us with $110 PER PASS admin fee when we had no other option but to have the passes refunded. Extremely disappointing that a lower fee could not be charged given our unfortunate situation. Do not recommend and will not return.
