とても丁寧な接客で、ツアーの説明も十二分すぎる内容でした。複数のツアーで悩んでいたら、それぞれの特徴と、悩ましい点等も細かく包み隠さず説明してくれてとてもよかったです。ただ、紹介してくれたダイビングのツアーはいまいちでした。。でもこちらでの接客に非は一切ないので、星５です！

場所がとにかくわかりにくい！！！
10分以上さまよいました（笑）

Asian emporiumという食料品店の裏にある階段を登って左手にあります。地図は当てにならないので要注意です。
海外初心者にはLv1が二階フロアとはわからなかったw

写真の看板をようやく見つけて安心しました。

日本人スタッフが親切な対応をしてくれて安心感がありました。

スタッフがとても親切です。ＨＩＳは昔から利用してましたが、ラウンジはよりシンプルになり、スタッフは以前より対応が素敵です。親身になり分からないことを検索して下さいました。他国の地で日本人スタッフがアドバイスをくれると心強いです。旅行もスムーズに楽しめました。
ただ、ラウンジの場所が分かりづらく中々、たどりつけず迷子(笑)
