The park is nice. Owners are lovely people, I've moved into a permanents van. Van is tidy and under a massive roof, park is clean amenities are clean rent is respfull, you can have you fery friends cat or dog. So yes it's good

Newly refurbished caravan under cover parking at a great price. A new owner with a great heart and continually improving the park infrastructure. The owner worked with me to provide a place for me to live, when I had no where to go.

Goodbplace to wake up at 2am to thieves in your cabin. And the manager couldn't care just sshrigged it off.. The door wasnt forced either definitely locked. Stay away!!

Friendly lady on the phone. However we had some concerns.
Flooring in the unit was not vaccuumed properly and very old. However, basic ammenites such as kitchen, toilet and bedding were clean.
Fantastic good shower but badly water damaged vanity cabinet in the bathroom was not a good look.
If you're just after a clean bed for a night and a great shower it's OK.

I read the reviews and was a little worried- but- the lady on the phone was very helpful. She put on aircon before we arrived and put in extra towels for us. We stayed in a cabin. After a nearly 500km drive this is what we needed. Yes the park is old, but very clean. Towels new, beds clean. Everything we needed to be comfortable. Also best shower pressure we have experienced on our month long road trip. Give this place a go.

I booked this accommodation for one night (Saturday). I arrived to check in at 3:30 and there were policemen there arresting someone (you can see how dodgy this place is). Also, there were no staff there. You have to call to check in. They sent us a text message for the amenity code. The facilities are disgusting (as attached). I could not stay at this place, I sent them an email asking for a refund, with no response. I then called them three days after my email asking whether I would get a refund or not. As expected they did not commit to anything but would give me the answer after speaking to the cleaner. Since then I haven't received any communication from them including the refund. Just would like warn anyone thinking of using this accommodation, it is a "DO NOT GO ZONE".

I've been at the hills view caravan park know for on and off about 5 years. People come and go and all is quiet peaceful. Reasonably friendly people. I love it here. Nice owners

Dispite seeing previous reviews and having no where else to book the owner assured they are getting their standards up since taking over. Guess again. Our cabin wasnt ready for a 2pm checkin when we arrived at 3. To be moved to another cabin. Microwave filthy, a bleach stained bath mat as a hand towel, firdge still had rubish in it plus hadnt been wiped down on the inside. The lock broke on door during our stay, sure these things happen, tried to contact owner as couldnt leave no answer left voicemail to have husband contact from his phone 2 hours later as she didnt have his number to finally answer and come out. Told her we cleaned microwave to get "the cleaner would have done it when we left", but how does that help when we were there then. The original cabin we were meant to have, the guest had a mouse and the owner said she would put a trap in when they leave. Again they were there at the time. Oh and i hope you enjoy the smell of pot in the morning because this place reaks of it. After expressing our distaste and issues on multiple accounts we gave then a chance to rectify with some sort of compensation before we left a review, to be accused of trying to blackmail them and they assume we have done this before. I challange them to find a negative review of anywhere from us. Since our stay people have asked about out trip for our sons soccer carnival and when we mentioned our issues they said "you didnt stay at hillsview did you" says it all. This place is a deathtrap in an age where places should be more conscious of being covid safe. STAY CLEAR.
