This place is awesome! They do things differently here. The service was really good. You can tell they take hospitality seriously. The food in the restaurant and the room service was amazing.

The rooms were clean and the sheets were really soft. The lounge and kitchenette were really nice, it felt like home. The washing machine and dryer were really handy.

I've been looking for a good hotel in Gladstone and this one is definitely it.

Excellent hotel with spacious rooms, and amenities like washing machines and dryers in the room itself. Very clean and well kept. Location is excellent and their restaurant is very good as well. The real icing on the cake is their service. They just try that much harder, and it shows in the little things. Nita at the front desk goes out of her way to make your stay a comfortable and memorable one. I would love to stay here again.

The staff are AMAZING!! The smile, hospitality, and service is simply amazing. Unfortunately I stayed only 1 day since I’m signing on the vessel at Gladstone port. A huge transition from a magnificent hotel to a ship’s accommodation.

Great location in the heart of Gladstone. My apartment was spotless. Enjoyed a hearty breakfast in the restaurant downstairs my first morning. The little kitchen had everything I needed to make a snack or prepare my own breakfast on the other days. Thank you for a great stay.

Clean and tidy. Good furnishings and kitchen had what I needed for 4 night stay. I made toast and got breakfast supplies from the supermarket. I had a meal from Dimitri's and it was great, very tasty.

I had a horrible experience here, and unfortunately, it happened twice. The house cleaners didn't properly clean my room, and they even left dirty dishes from a previous stay... they rinsed the cutlery and plates. I felt nauseated having to scrub off old food from the plates and cutlery. When I called reception to complain, they showed no concern whatsoever. Frankly, I feel quite uncomfortable staying in this place. I recommend choosing a motel instead to save your money.

ANSOLUTE a waste of money, rooms are extremely overpriced . This place is outdated 2 star hotel -not 4 star as they like to be!
The shower is a bath tub with the clingy curtain like 80's style , slippery and Not safe when wet. The toilet along with shower was leaking all night. The bed was ridiculously uncomfortable! New pillows needed! Dark bedroom, so weird. A grey lounge furniture was like wooden stool.
Dirty kitchen utensils( no dishwasher), under the sink -stinks! Unit was heavily sprayed somewhat perfume or whatever cleaning product was- awful! Can smell cigarettes in the hallway, from outside, in the underground car park stuff was chilling and smocking!
Would be a better sleep on a local dump! Stay elsewhere for that kind of money !
A management is in a denial and will not refund you for their false web site pictures representing hotel . Only a very few rooms on up levels a partially renovated , low levels are not renovated and more like build 40 years ago!
Go figure that youself as the management is simply rude and denying it under a claim of a false review!
