? Celebrating Our Family ? with a pop-up picnic at the peaceful and beautiful lakeside at Wyndham Ballarat. Thanks to Emma Hall for coordinating the event with the Resort Manager (for site arrangements), Convivium Catering (for the delicious variety of finger foods) and Jarrod (for photography). Emma was so easy to deal with, was both professional and friendly, and did an excellent job. The set up for the pop up picnic and the delicious selection of finger food were amazing! There was something to do, eat and drink for everyone ?

Villa Maria(VMCH) regional carers group attended the Hidden Lanes Historical Walking tour in Ballarat and it was fantastic!

Juicy facts abound, lots of laughs and we all went away feeling entertained and in good spirits. Jarrod was a fantastic tour guide, a true wealth of knowledge. We will be booking other tours in future. I highly recommend Hidden Lanes Tours, you won't regret it.

Jarrad lead a fabulous walking tour of Ballarat this AM. It was just the right pace. A good mix of Ballarat gold discovery history, stories of interesting characters from the past and visiting of some of beautiful buildings. The Ballarat Mechanics Institute was a highlight.
Would definately recommend this tour.

Thank you Jarrod for your guided tour! It was such an interesting wander around Ballarat, and we loved getting to hear all the fantastic stories… we were transported back to the gold rush days. It was super fun to burrow in and out of quaint local shops, almost like the Diagon Alley in Harry Potter. The view of Mt Warrenheip from the middle of town felt rather special through the eyes of a painter in 1853, and afterwards we checked out the painting hanging up in the Art gallery too. My two kids loved it, they didn’t complain about being bored at all! Thank you for giving us a memorable family outing 🙂
