A friend recommended this agency and it was amazing. I was impressed by their professionalism and ability to resolve issues even after the trip was booked. They were so efficient and quick in resolving an issue I had with my hotel booking. The tickets and itinerary was emailed in a timely manner with clear instructions. I would definitely recommend this agency to friends and family. I will book future holidays with them ?. Thank you Jay for a great family holiday in Brisbane.

The worst travel agent “business” I have ever been to. Looks after family and friends and rips off all other customers. The most unprofessional establishment. Would much rather recommend Flight Centre, if you have any issues, they’ll honour it. These people just take take take.

Edit: not either of those people, another paying customer that you seem to have ripped off.

Jamal is amazing she helped me get a travel exemption during lockdown as I needed to be overseas as my fiance was there and I couldnt travel during 2020-2021. She did her best and was able to get approval in just 2 hours. She really cares for the clients and does her best to get the best pricing for travel tickets. The consultants are all very welcoming and make you feel right at home. I would definitely book my future travel tickets with Jamal.

Jay is hands down the BEST travel agent in Australia. With over 26 years of experience in the industry, no other travel booking service will do what she does in personalising her service and communication with her. As long as she is awake, she will respond via whatsapp even when she's personally travelling. There is no switch off button for her to help her clients. Very passionate and knowledgeable woman about how the entire airline and travel and bookings systems work, she knows the loopholes and the rules and will do what ever it takes to ensure you get to your destination safely as well as back home. She has helped so many of my friends personally throughout the most unlawful period in history and helped people to see their families when they needed to travel at a time when nobody could do what she miraculously did. Jay you are amazing. Please do NOT believe the 2 filthy haters that have left her bad reviews.

Deceitful and deceptive travel agent. She sold me a closed T class return ticket but told me it was a flexible date ticket, she then tries to sell you a new ticket claiming high airline charges to amend it.

If they have 0 start I can use . This is the most deceitful business and individual management I ever see in my entire life . Shifty and scammer and theft what the mean of theft they are . Team of liar actor and I believe all the good reviews she have here all her family and friend and she make them to do that so she can do her shifty business comfortable . But I ask everyone been dealing with her shifty business to report her to AFTA and the airliner I’m sure what she do this shifty chargers to every one . Anyone believe she charge me cancel the flight around $7000 And she can’t explain to her self how she can explain to us . And I’m sure she in the centre links payment. . Highly reccomend these guys.
Coming out of the worlds worst pandemic lockdown in Melbourne,I really needed to get away and didn't know where to start or where to go.
I walked into this place and wow within an hour they had organised a holiday for me.
I did not have to go through the stress of airlines,hotels,transfers or travel insurance.
They did it all and much cheaper than the other big companies out there.
Within 2 weeks I was off to Bali and wow picked up from the airport taken to the most beautiful resort tours were organised aswell flights did not get cancelled or delayed had the time of my life and just got back after 4 weeks later.
Will definatley be back to Hi travel in june for my next 6 week adventure.
Love you guys and thank you Jamal and team for taking all the stress off me.
