Bill was EXTREMELY helpful and his advice was personally adapted for our specific needs, booking us the best tour available for the time of the year. We even got bonus whale watching even though the season was officially over. Highly recommend Bill and his 30 years of experience.

We embarked on the full-day Fraser Island tour and it was absolutely fantastic! Everything was flawless: the timing, the service, and the comprehensive safety information provided throughout the trip. We truly cherished every moment of the experience. We had plenty of time to unwind at the beach and explore the breathtaking lake (a definite must-see, it's truly spectacular!). A special shoutout to our tour guide, a middle-aged gentleman whose name escapes me, but who had more energy than a 15-year-old! He provided us with exceptional attention throughout the tour. I also want to mention Bill, who managed the shop - what an incredible team!
Moreover, they offered souvenirs at great prices, making it an even more recommendable experience.An absolute must-visit in Harvey Bay!

The staff were pleasant and helpful
Shame the only toilet available for use was the disabled one as the men’s and ladies were locked for staff use only.
As a person with a disability I don’t always have the option of waiting.
I gather it was because of all the vans free camping in the car park.

Lovely service.
My two year old bought a whale teddy here and accidentally lost it whale watching. On our return the lovely man here gave him a new one! Made this day, he was so happy so have his whale teddy back.

Best Place to book Tours and Packages for good advise and assistance based on our experience recently .
Big Thank you and Shout out to Annette and Bill for all your help recently during our Fraser Island Package / Trip .

Luckily found this place on our first day in Hervey Bay and met Bill.
Bill patiently answered all our questions and gave us information about things to do in the area and the different packages and inclusions .

We Booked the Fraser Island Adventure Package through them .
So very lucky that we booked it through them as husband got really sick on the first night on the island . We had to rush back to Hervey Bay and he ended up in hospital for a few days .
Annette from the Tourist Centre was extremely understanding and helpful .
She liaised and spoke to the Resort manager and made sure we could complete the remainder of our Stay and Tour after hubby was discharged.
