Jordan was really helpful with our car rental. He made the entire process easy and stress-free for me, which was great. I only hoped they had more cars to choose from as they seem quite busy and many of their cars get rented out very quickly.

Hire Car Dream Team of one.
Dealing with written of car accidents in awful weather, and incompetent insurance companies refusing to do their job, goes with the territory, as frustrating and upsetting as it can be..

The only bright light through the entire ordeal was Jordan at Hertz Wallan,
despite being the only staff member at the newly opened outlet, he managed everything superbly and as quickly as possible,
he was the most genuine and helpful person one could hope for,

whether in person or over the phone if I had a problem, he found a solution and managed to make me laugh during a time that most of the time I felt like crying, screaming or yelling frustration.
So Thank you Jordan @ Hertz Wallan,
keeping me sane on a good day is hard enough, but you managed it with thoughtfulness and humor and I appreciate it more than I can say, forget 5/5, on a scale of 1-10, you are an 11!

This Hertz Wallan location only opened four weeks ago. A welcomed and much needed northern location indeed. Had such an easy and pleasant experience renting from here. This location even includes a pick up & drop off safe for before/after hours collections. Well done to the management team!
