I got to Wagga this Tuesday (29/04/25) and found my hire car had been booked for the next month.
The Wagga airport counter staff- especially Sophie, were super helpful and chilled. They helped me reorganise another car, which ended up cheaper and was great to drive. And Sophie stayed back after her knock off time to make sure everything was sorted and had a great car which was essential for my time Wagga. Much thanks to Sophie and the reservations team for making the problem disappear and be genuinely happy to do so. Definitely recommend!

My flight was half an hour delayed, arrived Wagga Wagga at 8:30pm..... I was worried as they normally finish at 6pm, I tried rang hotline, they told me that staff will wait until my flight arrive if i put the flight number, and the girl told me don’t worry “they will wait until you flight arrives, if you can’t see anybody there, give us a call again, we will thought it out for you”.

When I step in the arrivals, the boy was waiting for me....so touching, thanks guys!
