Friendly and efficient staff. Nice range of vehicles. Was provided a brand new Kia Stonic, which unfortunately had an issue with the infotainment screen. Staff were kind enough to replace it with a Mazda CX-3 immediately, and apologised for the troubles.

The process of picking up and dropping off the vehicle was smooth and the staff were friendly throughout. Thanks for your help.

As a brand Hertz are pretty good. I hire regularly around Australia and sometimes overseas. Recommend you get on their rewards scheme - makes renting quicker. Except for at Toowoomba. They don’t seem to have a customer facing approach - my last 6 rentals I have waited over 20 minutes minimum just to be served. Then a massively long time to be processed. It’s certainly not a one off. At any airport I can go straight to my car and flash my drivers licence. Not sure what’s going on here but it’s just this depot.

Hired a truck to move a load to the coast. The guy In reception was friendly and attentive. The handover of the truck was informative with the team very helpful with explaining of how it worked. And the vehicle was perfect to move. It was clean, comfortable and easy to use. The hydraulic tailgate lift was da best. The price was great. Awesome work Hertz Toowoomba.

Hired a truck, returned within 24 hours but was charged for 2 days. The company checked cameras after calling them three times to clarify. Was told they messed up and will provide refund. Two weeks and four phone calls later, refund was finally processed but it was an incorrect amount (in their favour of course...)

I just drove into the repairment area, because once you get into the parking lot, it's too narrow to turn around the car and there's no sign that you can't get in there.

Suddenly one of the staffs hit my window with his feast. Me and my kid was frightened, and he just asked me "What are you doing here?" I thought it's very rude and he needs to be educated what is good customer service or at least how to speak with manners.

It was the worst way of treating customer in my life.

The most useless car hiring company out. It took them 40 days to close my account from Townsville to Toowoomba, and I was charged late fee's in the process. The lack of communication is astounding. If you need to hire a car I would recommend going elsewhere.

Terrible service … still waiting 10 days later for my $200 deposit. It seems they have “lost track of the payment”. Looking at other reviews it is a common occurrence

This was the worst experience of my life renting a car, i haven't received the money of deposit back, they said it's gonna take 5 working days, after 3 weeks the deposite hasn't being refunded. Don't use this company, They stole my money 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
