Sammy provided us with next level customer service. In a stressful situation following the break down of our family car prior to travelling to Sydney for our son's wedding, hiring a car was simple and easy. Robyn & Sammy at the Sale Hertz Rent a car have always been brilliant. There customer service is ‘Service Excellence’ , they go above and beyond making sure they get you the right vehicle for the job. The vehicles have always been a pleasure to drive. In one of the vehicles I sadly had an accident. They did not judge me They were very professional about the whole ordeal & it was repaired & the excess amount of money paid for the repairs was refunded into my account. I can only give praises to both Robyn & Sammy. They work well together as a team. Robyn in particular is brilliant & would make a good trainer to any new employee as well. She has a thorough knowledge of the business operations. Thank you Robyn & Sammy.

Sammy was amazing to us after we had a run in with a kangaroo on the highway. He understood our situation of being stranded with no car and no accomodation and a need to get home and made sure our needs were catered for. Even upgraded us to a better vehicle. Cannot thank Sam enough for his kindness in a troubling situation.
