when i asked when i was get my refund for the deposit back the lady at the airport branch told me at the day after the drop off...when i dropped off the car the guy told me after 28 days.....i dont know if they are confused but not fair at all.

Arrived at 8pm 22 nov 2021, the lady was shockingly rude and very impatient. She wouldn’t attend to a simple request to check if my Hertz Gold membership number matches with the booking.

She cut me off while I’m trying to speak several times, I wasn’t making special/extra demands, I was just trying to get a car so that I can get to my accommodation. I’ve been travelling on business trips for 5 years. I’m always kind and respectful to service staffs and I’ve received nothing but good to exceptional service experiences with different rental companies (enterprise, hertz, Avis etc) in return.

I’m quite sure this is a one off event with one specific staff but customers don’t deserve any treatment anywhere close to this.

Booked a midsize and was given a very impractical ute. My luggages had to brace 30 minutes of rains and I had no way of securing it.

John Blyth at Hertz desk kindly and patiently stayed back and provided me with a car in a Sunday evening when Sixt car rental left their desk without any communication with me after my flight had delays while I had a booking with Sixt!

Glad I wasn't on holiday. Arrived on a tiny twin-propeller plane but had to wait half an hour in line as they had one computer to share between two staff. The staff were pleasant but the check-in process was excruciatingly slow and antiquated.
