Really friendly staff!
My car was being repaired and needed a rental car. They offered me this 2024 model i30 sedan.
It was very new and decent to drive, however I much prefer my own car.
Would definitely recommend Hertz for their clean cars and great service!

Disgusting customer service. You treat customers with no respect, no smile.
I have dropped my car at the smash repairs at 4pm at Moorebank I had to pick up my car from them office and after that they arranged to Uber for me to them and I arrived at 4:46 pm they said they can't give me a car cause they closing at 5pm and you have come tomorrow and i had to wait until I get Uber on my cost to go home with staff that I had on my car and Uber drivers were busy the closest one 25 minutes away and I had to wait on the road and they closed at 5:15pm and I took the car on the other day and when I came to return it the asked me to take the car to the car wash or they will change me $170 for car wash and the car were already cleaned before I return by a week.
