Although, the car key battery caused some inconvenience & delays on my second day of rental, fortunately I was able to locate the h I dden key & then a passer by helped me use this to restart my RAV rental.

All the automation was a little hard to get used to & probably unnecessary/ a hindrance, when batteries failed... But the car itself drove beautifully, apart from one instance of reversing through a sandy driveway.

But this issue too was resolved and I really enjoyed the wonderful office service & assistance I was provided with by Sam & other team members. They were superb.

The only issue, I would have liked, when I was unexpectedly delayed...and for safety reasons, had to have a rest break, was in not being able to have the car% another vehicle, for the day extra, I had to pay.

But I am glad I will subsequently get a 10% discount on my next car/ truck hire.
