This is now the second time that my Father has been to Estia Heritage lakes for respite and there is a reason we came back. The staff are absolutely wonderful, genuinely so caring for the residents and you can feel that as soon as you walk through the door. I can honestly say when you know your loved one is cared for and respected it offers you peace of mind and for that we are so incredibly grateful. Thankyou once again to Radmilla and all the staff at Estia for your continued support and care..

Ny Mum stayed there for nearly 10yrs. Down stairs & Upstairs. At no stage did we have any problems with hygiene,cleanliness and support.

lousy, wait all day for buzzer to be answered, Most care staff cant speak English and are so under staffed the residents care for themselves.
