First time staying here en route and back from Warragul to Culburra Beach via train and bus. Would certainly do it again. |Andrew is a great host. Very pleasant chat on both occasions. Can't fault the motel room - very clean, spacious, everything you need. Quiet, view of the ocean, seat outside to enjoy that. Bed, linen, towels, etc all very good quality. Decor inside very tastefully done.

Stayed in the penthouse magnificent space. Unfortunately we only had a one night stay but for people staying longer it would be perfect. Close to town restaurants and pub.|Very well appointed facilities comfortable bed great shower kitchen fully equipped combined with several living areas fully furnished.|Full length verandah has ocean views. Staff were kind courteous and helpful. The only place to stay in Eden

Very enjoyable stay for 4 days. Very clean, comfortable, quiet, and kitchen had what we needed. Worked well with us in 1 bedroom app and kids in motel room below ( aged 13 and 17). Near the shops and quick drive to beach, no crowds and easy parking.

Great location. Great reception. Clean and large room that’s well appointed. The room has a fridge and microwave which allowed us to prepare our own breakfast and dinner. The room was easy to get too. The air conditioner remote didn’t work at first but my message to repair it was resolved in 5 minutes.

On our trip down to Melbourne from Wollongong we decided to break the journey with an overnight stay in Eden, just me and my 8yr old.
What an absolutely gorgeous motel in a superb position so close to everything. We were in a lower ground unit and able to park right outside. We were greeted with stunning views from the carpark of the ocean.
The room was a generous size, very modern and well appointed, certainly looked like it had very recently been renovated. The bathroom was a large size and had the largest shower head I have ever seen.
The room had been very thoughtfully curated, it had everything one would need. Great size fridge, a table and chairs There was even a tub for washing the dishes in.
At check in we had a fantastic informative chat where we were recommended best places to eat on that particular night, recommendations of things to do when in town and other excellent bits of information.
We were close to everything, it was all.within walking distance. Upon arrival we went for a walk to the point and saw whales.
We will be back and would not hesitate to stay here again.

An awesome place to stay. We were able to walk anywhere we needed to in town. The ocean is literally 5 minutes walk.
The apartment was everything we needed. Great views outside, modern and well thought out inside. We utilised the kitchenette and it all worked.
The staff were pleasant and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. A great spot.

A very clean, beautiful place to stay. Every detail was thoughtful and in keeping with the heritage style.
It was in a fantastic location, where you could see whales in the bay from the balcony.
The host was friendly and very knowledgeable and you can tell how passionate he was for this business.
