A group of about 4 of us went through Helloworld Travel Willows for a 6 week trip to Europe. We booked roughly 9 months out and throughout the duration of the booking process there was not a single thing that was a problem! Lee was our travel agent and he absolutely made the entire process extremely smooth and stress free! Even whilst in Europe, Lee was contactable and efficient with replies despite the time zone differences. Peace of mind before and during! We will be going back to see the team for all future trips! Lee and the team have done it again in successfully putting our holiday together. In 2022 Lee and the team at Willows Helloworld assisted my husband and I as green travellers in organising flights transfers and accommodation to Turkey. Their recommendations for a Gallipoli tour was also spot on, we all had a great time and would not have been able to navigate the system on our own, so big shout out........So here we are again off to Thailand and again Lee has been magnificent in organising flights accommodation etc. It feels reassuring when an experienced travel agent can organise everything you require without too much fuss. Simply fantastic! I recently had major surgery which required me to organise flights, accomodation and car hire quite promptly in another state. All this while dealing with surgery details, financial constraints and the emotional burden of it all. Victoria from hello world travel was an absolute blessing, she took the unnecessary stress away and made our trip and travel experience completely stress free. Reality Bites

Unhelpful unless you commit to purchase. Imagine if other businesses we unhelpful unless you commit to purchase. Some effort you put in will go to customers who don't purchase. If you don't understand that, get out of retail and travel industry. Price quoted was 2 times what it should have been as it turns out, so do your research before potentially getting ripped off here. Other travel agent was helpful. No excuse or room for unhelpful "agent". My advice, don't waste your time here.

I was sitting having a coffee in the Willows opposite this travel agents with my small child. I thought I'd give them a call and try to book an appointment for the following day. The time I called was 0830, the shop assistants were sitting talking to each other drinking from cups.
The message on the phone said "thanks for calling travel world, our office is closed just now, our opening hours are 0900 to 1700 work days " or to that effect. Unreliable and don't need our business.
