Hopeless!! Especially from the owner Chantelle. I have a family holiday to plan for next year, so my dad had gone in to speak with someone to plan for it he spoke with Chantelle.
She had said she would get back to him with what she has put together, 2 weeks go by we hear nothing. I go in to see Chantelle, to be told ill email you tonight with everything again nothing! I email, and even text her mobile again nothing!!
Don't waste your time here if you have an important trip to plan

Terrible customer service, we were told they would get back to us in a couple of days, a week went by , still nothing, we rang their mobile and store a number of times, emailed and 2 1/2 weeks later still no communication, would not recommend
